Megan and Jason’s wedding was a spectacular day. Having already photographed Jason’s twin brother’s wedding the year before the family and friends were familiar with me as I with them. What struck me was how the couple greeted their guests before entering the church which made so much sense! It made for a wonderful ambiance. Not to focus on the weather but can’t help it when the late afternoon clouded over where by the time we reached the Ocean the winds were impressive and dynamic… almost winter like. It was a gift after all these bright sunny days!

Both Moira and Sean were ready with fabulous props which made the creative session a treat! Their sense of humor priceless.

The sheer animation of this group was a photographer’s dream! Victoria’s joy for life attracted the same and I can still hear her laughter..
Poets’ Cove is a wonderful place on Pender Island where time also stands still.

Both Christy and Dan were welcoming and their enthusiasm was a joy to photograph. It was unusually warm and in many ways a treat!
The 5 dogs were wonderful to have roaming amongst us and made for interesting ambiance. The Wickaninnish is a fabulous place full of kind staff and wonderful environment!

Tofino is a remarkable place. Even more so when Jeff and Carson surprised their guests by immersing themselves completely in their finest linen into the icy cold sea! The few who knew had shots of Vodka ready for them. Cheers to you both for your love, your bravery and stupendous generosity! Middle Beach Resort has it’s special qualities of where time simply slows down, the ‘Je ne sais quoi’ special thing, eh Carson?!
